PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD TRAINING REGISTRATION CONDITIONS<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CONDITIONS FOR BECOMING A PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD<\/h2>

a) <\/strong>Being a citizen of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>

b)\u00a0<\/strong>For those who will serve unarmed, at least eight years of primary or secondary school; For those who will serve as armed forces, being at least a high school graduate or equivalent.<\/p>

c)\u00a0<\/strong>Must be 18 years of age for those who will receive unarmed training, and 21 years of age for those who will receive armed training.<\/p>

D) <\/strong>The security investigation to be carried out against him has positive results. (Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; even if the person has been sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more or has been pardoned for a crime committed intentionally, crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the Constitutional order and the functioning of this order, crimes against sexual immunity , not to be convicted of crimes against public health, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, tampering with the performance of an act, laundering of assets resulting from crime, smuggling or prostitution).<\/p>

to) <\/strong>Not to be disabled by physical or mental illness that may prevent the performance of the duty. (For those who will work armed, they will be taken from fully-equipped public hospitals with the phrase "armed private security guard" or "there is no harm in carrying and possessing firearms"; for those who will work unarmed, they will be taken from fully-equipped private health institutions or state hospitals.
