PRIVATE SECURITY AND LEGISLATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PERSONS, INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS;

1- Obtaining a Private Security Permit Certificate (According to Article 3 of the 5188 SK)

Making the necessary application for the desired change regarding the decision taken by the Provincial Private Security Commission and following the result (e.g. changing the decision taken to purchase services to creating a private security unit to establish it within your organization)

2-Persons who are considered to be assigned to the Private Security unit must be registered under Article 5188 S: K: 14. Ensuring that they receive appropriate training,

4-Determining the clothing and equipment to be used by Private Security personnel;

5-Following the process of obtaining approval from the Governor's Office for the clothing and equipment to be used by Private Security Personnel;

6-To carry out the purchase of weapons in case there is a weapon staff, and to carry out the purchase of weapons upon request;

7-To issue a Gun Carrying/Possession Certificate on time for the gun purchased;

8-Selection of Private Security Personnel and determination of the documents to be requested from the personnel;

9-5188 SK 11th and 12th Art. of private security personnel who start and leave their duty. To ensure that timely written notifications are made to the Governor's Office;

10-Private security personnel 5188 SK21.Art. To ensure that the compulsory Financial Liability Insurance is taken out and to notify the Governorship in writing in a timely manner;

11-Preparation of the contract required to be made with private security personnel in accordance with Circular No. 2006/47;

12-Article 12 of the Regulation on the Implementation of SK 5188. Preparing the Protection and Security Plan accordingly and obtaining approval;

13-Control (supervision) of Private Security Personnel Day and Night;

14-Providing information to the board about the systems to be used to supervise private security personnel and ensuring system selection;

15-Ensuring that the deficiencies identified in the inspections to be carried out by the Private Security Branch Directorate are eliminated;

16-Preparation of documents for the necessary defense action for the warning or requested defense regarding the deficiencies as a result of the audit;

17-A draft contract is prepared on behalf of Persons, Institutions and Organizations receiving services from Private Security companies;

18-It is checked whether the transactions are carried out by the private security company according to SK 5188 on behalf of the service purchaser, institutions and organizations, and the transactions are followed.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES;

7-To control (inspect) private security personnel day and night

8-Providing in-service training and seminars to private security personnel; (Including Shooting Training)

4–Preparation of the Educational Institution building in accordance with the legislation;

5–Providing trainers according to the training program.
